baxi solo 3 pilot light gone out,

JustAnswer Customer: baxi solo 3 pilot light gone out, switched boiler off and electrical supply left it for a few minutes turned both back on again but still nothing , help please?
JustAnswer Customer: it kicked in but went off again after 5 mins, now pilot light no longer coming on.
Rick Ridley: UK Heating Engineer: Hi I am Rick, UK Plumber, and I specialize on Boiler problems, this boiler does not have a permanent pilot it is electronic ignition, if the fan on light is on then ether the fan is not getting up to speed or the air pressure switch has failed or the hoses to it are bad, if you have test equipment we can try and find out which it is but most likely a component has failed and will need replacing, also the casing will need to come of to do the tests, if you feel competent to do this then we can give it a try, if not then you will need an engineer, Rick

Rick Ridley: UK Heating Engineer: I would say most likely your fan has failed, with the fan light on you should be able to hear it, if you can reach the flue outside you should be able feel the air coming from the flue if no then confirms fan, if you have air then air pressure switch, not 100% but close enough, Rick
