☆Quick Version ~ Round Wire Ring Tutorial ~ 2.5x Speed

Tools and materials used are:
☆Base wire 20 or 18 gauge in your choice of color ~ 7-10 inches
☆Weaving wire in 28 (suggested) or 26 gauge (you could even use 30 or 32 gauge) ~ 3- 5 feet or 1 1/2 arms span depending on the size ring and wire you use, you will need more for a thinner gauge weaving wire
☆Half round wire in 21 or 18 gauge or you can use a bit more of your weaving wire to fill the seat for your stone
☆A small stone around 10 mm, oval or round work best
☆A ring mandrel (steel mandrel flush is suggested for hammering and getting wires to round properly)
☆A finger ring sizer (or a zip tie could work, just don't tie it off)
☆Chain nose or flat nosed pliers
☆flush cutters
☆nylon jaw pliers only to flatten and straighten your wire but you can use your chain nose to flatten as well a small 3/4 inch spring clamp (found at Home Depo) or ring clamp
☆And optionally you can have a nylon or rubber hammer to harden your finished ring and give it a better shape to the ring band.

In total, a ring in this style, should only take about 45 to 60 minutes to make. especially after your first ring. This style also works with 3 base wires, keeping the center most wires bare to wrap and stabilize your stone into place leaving the fancy weaving for decorating.
