Dent Repair & Panel Assessment - VW Fender Rust Repair 01

In this new Series we will Repair a 1972 VW Beetle fender with Rust and Dent problems and Repair it back to good condition. This episode of the series features a discussion on Panel Assessment and some Dent Repair. We will Ding out some dents with a Hammer & Dolly as well as a Slapper Spoon. In the rest of this VW Fender Repair Series we will Shape a Replacement Panel for a Rust Repair, Fit a Repair Panel Properly, TIG Weld in a Repair Panel, Planish and Metalfinish our Repair Panel, and Demonstrate the Use of a Shrinking disc to get a good finished panel.
