The Future of Ukraine: Reconstruction, Energy Security, and Innovation

The Belfer Center’s Future of Diplomacy Project hosted the second part of a panel series on future financial, humanitarian, and military support for the reconstruction of Ukraine. On the panel: Natalie Jaresko, former Finance Minister of Ukraine; Matteo Patrone, Managing Director, Eastern Europe and the Caucasus at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development; Vladyslav Rashkovan, Alternative Executive Director at the International Monetary Fund; and Daniel F. Runde, Director of the Project on Prosperity and Development at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. The conversation was moderated by Ambassador Paula J. Dobriansky, Senior Fellow with the Future of Diplomacy Project, and introduced by Ilya Timtchenko, a Master's in Public Policy candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School and Belfer Young Leader fellow.
