There are many wonderful ways to immerse yourself in
Japanese culture here. Another must is to try a matcha drink! We drank local matcha at this lovely family store - it was truly an unforgettable experience! There is a lot of different Japanese street foods to try such as Pickles, croquette, and ichigo daifuku. At the station, we also saw musicians performing the shamisen and the koto. There are so many wonderful things to do and experience in Arashiyama, Kyoto, Japan!
