Score on the 5 1/2" side at 1 3/8" both ends.
Cut in half on the 4 1/4" side at 2 1/8"

Decorate Panel One:
(2) pieces 2 5/8" x 2"
(4) pieces 2" x 1 1/4"

Decorate Panel Two:
