The Library Half in USA, Half Canada

There's a library in Derby Line, Vermont where a black line runs across the floor — and stepping over it puts you in Canada. The Haskell Free Library was built on the US–Canada border in 1904 on purpose. Books on the American side, stage on the Canadian side. Even after the door was sealed in 2025, Canadians enter from their side, Americans from theirs — and they all read in the same room.
