We upgraded for 4 nights after spending 3 nights in the main hotel. Our original room was good and the facilities great, it was just that my friend had been and told me to treat myself. We actually did prefer the quietude of the smaller pool and beach at The Royal Service. We dined at their restaurant and found the food and choice very good, better than the a la carte restaurants in the main hotel, although it was much quieter and some may find it doesn't have much atmosphere. Whilst staying in the main hotel it would have cost quite a hefty supplement to dine at the Royal Service. Having said all this I found the best food and choices in the main hotel buffet restaurant, especially at the various cooking stations. 1st grade rooms are called the Master Royal Suites Garden View. These are on the same path leading to the Royal Service reception abd public areas which are situated on the top of the slope, the beach being at the bottom. They are in blocks of ? rooms, some on ground level and some on first floor, all large, luxury with double vanity units, walk in wardrobes, outside shower and large balcony. 2nd grade rooms are called The Master Royal Suites, Ocean View which are similar to the garden view ones but have sea view. 3rd and top grade are called Luxury Master Royal Suites which are on the lowest level, down a slope that has a few steps and on the path leading to the 2 small beaches. These rooms are those in my video, detached with own entrance, not overlooked, and have a glimpse of the sea through a small wooded area on the cliff top. The cliff is 10 - 15 foot high so there are approx 15 steps to both beaches. On reflection, and having seen another video on Youtube of the garden view rooms, I do think the garden views are bigger with the large bathroom and walk in wardrobe, but the Luxury ones ( 6 only) are VERY private.
