Biology of cockroach

Cockroaches are nocturnal animals. During the day they hide under wood, stones, loose bark, in sand, crevices and holes, and in the debris on the ground, etc. They come out of their abodes at night to hunt for food. They are omnivorous, feeding for the most part on small organisms and other small plants.
