Ford Mondeo ST220 Chassis Rust Clearing & Vactan Treatment

So the time has come to start the ST220 rust clearing and Vactan treatment on the chassis of the ST220. This is one time consuming project that I have been doing around other stuff that I have had going on in life recently.

This video was filmed over a matter of weeks hence the changing tops, lol.

As you can see I have captured as much as I can as I like to show everything I am doing. Starting with De-rusting the surface rust and then giving the bear metal some Vactan rust converter then I will be painting with Zinc Primer and some base coat. I will be replacing some of the seam seal as well.
