Ingredients:
Chicken breast - 250gm
ginger garlic paste -1TBSP
black pepper - 1tsp
red chilli powder - 1tsp
green chili -2no
mixed herbs- 1tsp
cornflour -4TBSP
cheese -2TBSP
salt to taste
bread crumbs -1 cup
moida- 1/2 cup
egg-1 no
oil for frying

method:
👉 first chicken breast should be minced.
👉add all the ingredients except bread crumbs, moida , or egg
👉 mixed it properly
👉 then give the chicken mixture into finger like structure
👉then coat it with moida
👉then dip into egg
👉then coat it with bread crumbs
👉 make all finger step by step
👉now heat oil for deep frying
👉add finger one by one
👉 fry it until golden brown.
