CREATING A STRONG VALUE PATTERN Ruby Beach Seastacks plein air oil painting with Jon Bradham

In this episode I travel to Washington State's rugged Pacific coast, on the Olympic Peninsula. I find a beautiful spot on Ruby Beach 4 to set up my umbrella and do an oil painting. The fog rolls in - I talk a little about how I handle it, by painting from memory and from my reference photo. I also show how I create a strong value pattern, with the dark shapes connected and the light shapes connected.
