Tortilla Recipe by Lively Cooking

Here is the way I like to make my super soft flour tortillas. These tortillas are perfect for burritos, wraps and Shawarma. The fat content in the recipe can be substituted with a healthy oil of your choice, butter or Shortening. If I had to give one tip to making good tortillas, it would be practice makes perfect. There are so many variables that can change the outcome, so hopefully with practice you can adjust and succeed making a great tortilla. Best of luck and don't give up!

INGREDIENTS
-4 cups all purpose flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp salt
-1 tbs shortening or butter
-2 cup Luke Warm
-1 Tbs Dry Milk
