Waqt Hamara Hai is story of a four college going youngsters. Vikas Kumar Sabkuchwala (Akshay Kumar) and Ayesha Vidrohi (Ayesha Jhulka) are in love. They interact with another couple Ayesha Vidrohi (Sunil Shetty) and Mamta Vidrohi (Mamta Kulkarni). After an initial rift they turn best college buddies. These innocent couples are unaware of a dreaded terrorist attack being planned on one of India's well known Minister Ram Gopal Verma (Sudhir Dalvi). They are unkowingly caught under the web of terrorism. These youngsters then decide to take matters in their hand and save the nation. But how will they fight the mighty Colonel Chikara (Rami Reddy) and his evil forces?
