Aruba Airport to RIU's - January 7, 2019

January 7, 2019 - There is a new thruway under construction to bring tourists from the airport to Palm Beach area. Our driver knew I was recording the drive, so he chose an alternative route. When there are cruise ships at the port ( almost always ) the traffic is impossible. Forgive the focus problem for the fist 20 seconds please. I believe it is a hardware problem. ( Bummer )
