They say that when the charcoal fuel vapor evaporation canister, no longer works that there is no way to repair it. I had to try this several times and for several days each, but spraying a lot of WD40 in the inlets on the charcoal fuel evaporation canister enabled the compressed air to open up the internal check valve and now the charcoal fuel vapor evaporation canister functions as new again.
