Gomitas de frutos rojos

Descubre cómo hacer unas deliciosas gomitas de frutos rojos en casa. Perfectas para un snack saludable o para satisfacer ese antojo dulce de una manera natural y nutritiva.

Ingredientes:

* 1 taza de frutos rojos 🍓
* 2 dátiles 🌴
* 1/2 taza de agua fría (120 ml) 💦
* 1 cucharadita de agar agar (o grenetina, según lo que prefieras) 🌿

Procedimiento:

1. Lava y desinfecta los frutos rojos🌊
2. Coloca los frutos rojos y los dátiles en una licuadora o procesador de alimentos y mezcla hasta que quede suave🌀
3. En un tazón, mezcla agar-agar o grenetina con 1/2 taza de agua fría. Deja reposar durante 10 minutos para que se active; después hierve a fuego medio y luego a fuego lento por 5 minutos 🥣
4. Agrega el agar-agar o grenetina al puré de frutos rojos y revuelve durante 1 minuto.
5. Deja que la mezcla se enfríe durante unos minutos ⏲️
6. Deja en el refrigerador por 1 hora. Si usas grenetina, puede requerir más tiempo ❄️
7. Vierte en moldes de silicona.
8. ¡Disfruta! 🥄
