As you can see in the video, there are multiple cutting formats available with the HART HC-2SE. We have displayed this in the video by cutting the following variety of cheeses into different shapes and sizes:
- Fontina block cut into ~2" cubes
- Pepperjack block cut into ~2" cubes
- Parmesan block cut into ~2" cubes
- Pepperjack block cut into 3.67" x 3.5" x 2" blocks/chunks
- Fontina block cut into 3.67" x 3.5" x 1.08" blocks/chunks
- Colby block cut into 5/8" c 3.67" snack sticks
- Cheddar block cut into 5/8" cubes
- Parmesan block cut into 5/8" cubes

The HC-2SE is a Servo-Driven Two-Stage Block Cutter - a robustly built, highly configurable portion cutter that yields precise portions and is designed for years of trouble free service. From tiny cubes to snack sticks, customized trimming to specialty sizes, configurable designs to 20 lb. halves – reduce 40 lb. blocks the way you want by utilizing this compact, stainless steel cutting machine. It's servo-driven to achieve high-force cutting without the need for messy hydraulics, and can discharge blocks "back-to-back" to provide cleaner cuts. The no-tool harp change allows for quick changeover and allows one operator to easily load blocks, precision cut, and discharge cheese portions. In addition, the HC-2SE can be used as a standalone cutter or integrate it in-line with other equipment for sanitary, streamlined efficiency. Last but not least, the HC-2SE is also available in 80 lb. and 160 lb. versions!
