Leverage your nervous system

Jay Fields is a somatic educator, coach and author who helps people not lose themselves in other people's forcefields. Her work empowers people to leverage their body and nervous system to shift their thinking and have better relationships in their personal and professional lives. She's the author of the Linkedin Learning course Managing Your Emotions at Work and has a second one coming out on nervous system regulation for stress management.

We are discussing how to use your nervous system to reduce your stress and take control of your life, how the nervous system and civility are tied together, and how she works with people who are experiencing bullying and harassment at work.
