Breaking: Bengal Implements CAA As State Orders Arrest And Deportation Of Illegal Immigrants Via BSF

The West Bengal government has announced a major policy shift regarding the Citizenship Amendment Act and the handling of undocumented immigrants in the state. The current administration has officially implemented the citizenship law, reversing the previous government's complete opposition to the central legislation. According to the new directive, individuals belonging to the specified minority communities will be granted protection under the newly enforced framework. Conversely, those who do not qualify under the citizenship law will be classified as illegal infiltrators. The state police have been instructed to actively identify, arrest, and detain these undocumented individuals. Following their detention, they will be handed over to the Border Security Force. The Border Security Force, in consultation with their counterparts, will then facilitate the deportation process.
