Smashing stereotypes and world records, Tom Stoltman and Adam Bishop are cream of the strongman crop. Lifting weights as heavy as 450kg - the equivalent weight of a grand piano, and consuming 10,000 calories a day, the two men are titans of strength. Recently winning the title of “The World’s Strongest Man 2021” Tom and his competitor Adam join us in the studio to demonstrate what it takes to be the strongest men on the planet ahead of taking over the Royal Albert Hall to showcase their super strength at the end of the month.
