.308 cam and more in my 212cc predator mud motor.

First start after cam brake in. Takes a few pulls with the choke delete and bored factory carb work. Next video will be on the water!

Small mud motor kit running a 212cc predator.
14cc Gen 1 head.
Head studs.
5.5mm stainless valves.
5.5mm hardened steel lash caps on both valves.
36lb dual valve springs.
Gen 2 forged champion rockers and valve cover.
5.260" NR Racing cromoly push rods.
Dyno Cams billet lifters.
Dyno Cams .308 camshaft.
ARC standard length billet connecting rod. (for safety due to governor removal)
Crank shimmed with one .004" shim to get the shaft play down to .005"
.013" cut from the deck of the block. (puts piston .030" in the hole)
.045" thick head gasket.
Stock piston, wrist pin and rings.
Governor mechanism and oil level sensor have been removed with the holes tapped and plugged.
ARC fixed billet flywheel (for safety due to governor removal) with 2 degree key for a total of 34 degrees of timing advance.
Flywheel has been externally balanced to the connecting rod and piston combination to reduce vibration at high RPM a reduce stress on the connecting rod.
Robertson's torque tube boat loop exhaust with super trapp style muffler.
ARC velocity stack filter adapter.
Stock ported carb with choke delete and thinned throttle shaft.
140cc emulsion tube.
Main jet to be determined when tuning.
Prop size is yet to be determined as well. That depends on winch prop will let me turn 8000 to 8500rpms

Static compression ratio is 9.7:1 to run pump gas.

Soon to have a GX270 10hp carb conversion. Might do a video about doing that conversion when I have the parts. Stay tuned while I tune..
