"Ethernet" doesn't have valid IP configuration"

Original question:

"Hi, every time I turn on my computer I have to have windows troubleshoot my network adapter. It runs through it's process and it begins working again. It says the issue was "Ethernet" doesn't have valid IP configuration" and that it's been fixed but I have to go through the process every time I turn my computer on."
