Since my last upload (steak video) YouTube started recommending me tons of other steak videos for some reason and one of those videos really caught my attention.
the video showed how i could use mayo to make a really nice crust when reverse searing a steak.
It got me really curious and so I decided to test it out myself.

Ingredients:
Sirloin: x300g, Mayonnaise: x?, Salt: x?, Black Pepper: x?, Vegetable Oil: x2 Tbsp
