GIMP: How To Resize An Image Using Gimp

This is a video tutorial on how to resize an image using in Gimp. I will show you how to resize the image maintaining the aspect ratio and also how to stretch an image in Gimp. I will be using a desktop PC for this tutorial.

Simple Steps
Method 1
How To Manually Enter The Dimensions
2. Click on the "Image" tab, and then click on "Scale Image".
3. In the Scale Image dialog box manually enter the dimensions.

Method 2
How To Change The Dimensions By Dragging
1. Click on the "Scale Tool" (keyboard shortcut SHIFT + S).
2. Now drag one of the anchors around the picture in or out.
