Fix for Audacity 2nd Input Behringer UMC202HD for Windows 10

I have been struggling for a fix for Audacity for three weeks. I was at my wits' end. I was considering ditching Audacity. I downloaded Reaper and Tracktion and was going to consider getting a Mac for garage band. I have a podcast called Rocky Mountain Sunshine and I have some episodes coming up where I want to do some interviews with two mics connected at the same time. I purchased the UMC202HD which has two Mic inputs. I have a nice Shure SM58 XLR Dynamic Cardioid Microphone. I also have a cheap XLR no-name mic. I don't want to use that one all the time, but sometimes it will come in handy. Well after many many many hours of searching YouTube and the internet, I found no answers. I happened today to try it on another Windows 10 computer. Both mics worked! Now I knew that something was up. I uninstalled the drivers, the device, etc. Finally I found the fix. Watch the short video. I can now use both Mics, Input 1 and Input 2 with Audacity. I had the same problem with Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 USB Audio interface previously, and blamed Audacity.
