臘腸蒸雞 Steamed Chicken with Chinese Sausage **字幕 CC Eng. Sub**

🟢材料:
雞腿 2 隻
豆腐卜 100 克
臘腸 2 條
🟢調味料:
薑汁 適量
蒜蓉 適量
胡椒粉 適量
紹興酒 1 湯匙
鹽 1/4 茶匙
糖 1 茶匙
生抽/蠔油1 茶匙
老抽 1 茶匙
生粉/澱粉 1 湯匙
油 適量

🟢步驟:
1️⃣ 將雞腿用淡鹽水浸半小時,洗淨吸乾水切件。
2️⃣ 用少許薑汁、蒜蓉、胡椒粉、1 湯匙紹興酒、1/4 茶匙鹽、1 茶匙糖、1 茶匙生抽/蠔油、1 茶匙老抽、1 湯匙生粉/澱粉、適量油醃半小時。
3️⃣ 豆腐卜♦用熱水洗淨或汆水,臘腸用熱水洗淨切件。
4️⃣ 豆腐卜放碟底,臘腸和雞平鋪在上,不要重疊,用煤氣的話大火蒸 8 至 10 分鐘。

🟢Ingredients:
Chicken thighs, 2 pieces
Tofu puffs, 100g
Chinese sausage, 2
🟢Seasoning:
Ginger juice, as needed
Minced garlic, as needed
White pepper powder, as needed
Shaoxing wine, 1 tablespoon
Salt, 1/4 teaspoon
Sugar, 1 teaspoon
Light soy sauce/oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon
Dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon
Cornstarch, 1 tablespoon
Oil, as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Soak the chicken legs in lightly salted water for half an hour, then wash them thoroughly and pat them dry. Cut them into pieces.
2️⃣ Marinate the chicken with ginger juice, minced garlic, white pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce/oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and some oil for half an hour.
3️⃣ Wash the tofu puffs♦ with hot water or blanch them in boiling water. Wash the Chinese sausages with hot water and cut them into pieces.
4️⃣ Place the tofu puffs at the bottom of a dish, and then place the chicken and Chinese sausage on top, without overlapping them. Steam over high heat for 8 to 10 minutes.
