White guy surprises Haitian grocery store by speaking Creole

I’ve been spending some time learning Haitian Creole, the language of Haiti, aka Kreyòl Ayisyen, and then I decided to go and practice with total strangers in public and here’s what happened when a white guy speaks Creole. In case you’re interested, Creole is based on French but it’s as different from French as English is from French! So…let’s go to Little Haiti in Brooklyn and practice our Creole!
