Cross Exam of a Corporate Rep with Supporting Documents That The Company "Thought" were Destroyed
In the prior video, Chad (Who was a driver for WTE Services) identified the location of the drilling site. He couldn't recall the name of the company operating the site. Through inquiry with the Texas Railroad Commission, I was able to determine that the only active drilling in that location at the time of the wreck was Purvis. I sent a subpoena to Purvis and received a gold mine of FMCSR supporting documents (e.g. bills of lading, time sheets, etc) that WTE Services claimed they destroyed because they weren't required to keep them.
In this video I get the corporate rep to admit that Chad was driving in excess of the hours.
