MADD Teen Influencer Summit 2018

The goal of the teen summit is to positively impact knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of youth around underage drinking and impaired driving through leadership development opportunities provided through the MADD California Teen Influencer Group.

The Teen Influencer Group are middle and high school students who serve as the teen voice/perspective for underage drinking prevention throughout California. They commit to take a personal stand against drinking before age 21, riding with someone who is impaired, and they are committed to helping others do the same. Through planning and implementing fun activities and environmental strategies in the community and schools, these teens develop valuable leadership skills and promote health and safety. The group provides invaluable teen perspectives and participate in MADD’s signature events which helps keep MADD’s work relevant to the next generation it serves.
