Intel's New "Baseline Profile" is a COMPLETE Mess...

Inte's baseline profile enabled vs disabled? What should we do? Well recently in light of instability issues being reported with i9-14900ks and i7-14700ks, Intel has forced motherboard manufacturer's to release new bios updates with a new profile option "Intel Baseline Profile". What this essentially does... well it puts on new 'power caps', which the exact numbers of those caps are still... a mystery... and the concept maybe seems good, but... that is in its' current state, it's just horrible. In fact this profile exhibits bizarre behavior in certain scenarios, where your B760i now runs 100 Watts ABOVE the 150w limit.... Ugh... Let's test and discuss.
