Barbie is pregnant again! Barbie Sisters Skipper, Stacie, and Chelsea are preparing a welcome home party for Barbie & Ken AND the NEW BABY! This time Barbie gives birth to twin babies, a new baby boy and new baby girl. This is a barbie baby twins movie! This will also be Kelly doll's fist time meeting the new baby, her new sibling! Kelly is going to be a big sister for the first time! Barbie & Ken's mom makes a feast with sushi, turkey, cake, pie, salad, apples, cookies, and spaghetti for the party while Skipper blows up balloons. Skipper play with Kelly and texts Barbie while Chelsea prepares new teddy bears for the baby. BUT there is a HUGE surprise! Barbie and Ken had TWINS! A baby girl AND a baby boy! They come home with twin babies and surprises the whole family. After Kelly meets her new baby brother and sisters, Barbie opens gifts for the babies. Barbie changes the babies diapers, and mom takes a family photo.
