I don't know (Johnny, Johnny)-Paul Mccartney's and John Lennon's improv song

This audio's from around 1960. Many of the lyrics don't make much sense because 1: they were improvising and 2: the audio's so bad I had trouble listening to a ton of parts and even left out some words ...
There are also parts where the things they sang probably are different from the lyrics I wrote, so don't take every sentence as the truth
