Quake - Episode 4 Nightmare 100% Speedrun in 19:46

A 47 second improvement over the previous record by Justin "optic" Fleck.

Had some really good runs before this one but was always missing a kill or a secret, and usually dying a lot. Overall a good run, only made a few mistakes - biggest one is missing the quad on e4m6 and costing me 15 seconds.

Turned some of the e4m2 IL strats into marathon-friendly ones, most importantly using 3 vore missiles at the end to skip going around, saves up to 10 seconds. Rerouted e4m4 using Stubby's old Qd100Qst demos.
Added 2 boosts off of enemies in e4m8 for style points and of course tons of speed to save around 3-4 seconds. I managed to somehow miss the quad completely on e4m6 and was unable to do a lot of my quad boosts as my pentagram ran out. Lastly I implemented the backwards route on e4m7, saves a good 15 seconds overall.

Unto full game runs! Hopefully we can go below an hour :)
