Fiat 500 Instrument Cluster failure & fix

This video outlines solution to instrument cluster failure. Wiring loom to tailgate required repair and brake switch replaced.
When the issue first emerged and I was unable to re-start the vehicle, the Fiat was in my garage. I called tow truck only to find we couldn’t get it in to neutral to push it out. Called for a specialized tow truck to pull it from the garage.
