Making the Real Bulgarian Gherkins

I Love Bulgarian Food, and I guess you do to thats why your here.
In Bulgaria it is very common to presevre those amazing products that are grow in the Summer Time to have in the winter.

That why to day I show you the recipe of my Mother in Law so its a true Bulgarian Recipe.

FOR ONE JAR

300/400g Cucumber (or cornicon)
2 fingers Vinegar
4 gloves of Garlic (more is poss if you like)
10g Dill
1 Tablespoon salt
1 Tablespoon sugar
