iPhone X Does Not Have Internet Connection Even If Connected to WiFi Network (iOS 14.2)

In this video, we would like to help some iPhone X users who reported that their iPhone X lost its Internet connection even if it’s connected to a WiFi network.

When an iPhone loses connectivity, it doesn’t necessarily mean it has a problem. It’s always possible that the issue comes from the router broadcasting the signal. So you have to troubleshoot your devices to know what causes it. With that being said, here’s what you should do:

First solution: Try restarting your devices
Second solution: Reconnect your iPhone to the network
Third solution: Reset the network settings
Fourth solution: Factory reset your iPhone
