The first time I heard about UDroppy is then I was searching for a dropshipping agent to help me scale my Christmas leggings store. I found a video on Youtube about different dropshipping agent services so I decided to reach out. There is a guy called Gabriel and he got back to me quite fast and I really liked the personal attention he provided and at that time UDroppy was free, today you have to pay for the pro plan to receive this personal help. In the end, I decided to not use them because their pricing was too high for me to make any profit, but a lot of time has passed and things have changed, in this video we will go inside UDroppy and find out if it’s worth using them today.

Refund policy
At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter what shipping time, if they can’t stand behind their promises, they can even offer me 1-day delivery...

Shipping carriers
They are really vague about their shipping carriers which is a very important factor for me as a dropshipper and the only way I received a clear answer is by reaching out to Gabriel.
They are using Yun Express and Yanwen Special Line, which to be honest my agent and others can provide me the same shipping carriers but with some guarantees.

Customer care
As I mentioned before, it was a pleasure talking with Gabriel from UDroppy, he was extremely helpful, fast reply, much better English the Chinese agents, and gave you the feeling like he is really a part of your team.

Would I use it?
As much as I would want to work with UDroppy and to be more specific, with Gabriel, I also need to run a profitable business, with good customer care and based on the pricing and refund policies I got from UDroppy, it is not good enough for my business. I don’t really think any company out there really understands the needs of dropshippers and what we are looking for, and this is why I still haven’t found a better solution than using a Chinese agent. Dropshipping is very competitive and margins are not that high like they used to be, so bottom line they only service I am looking for as a dropshipper, is faster shipping and lower prices! Of course, these 2 have to be backed with at least decent customer support and solid refund policy. I am confident to say that I don’t have any other loyalty to any agent or service rather than my business and my customers, I go where it’s going to benefit me and my clients.
