In this video we take a look into why without substance use, we struggle to have fun. If you go into any party or club environment the one thing you will definitely see is heavy substance use whether it's alcohol, weed, or other drugs. We're not bashing on these things, they can be fun when used responsibly. However, we believe when used as a crutch or as a tool to allow you to let go, that's the problem. Why do we mask our insecurities? We should work on ourselves to the point where we can dance, sing, and be free all on our own without them. Easier said than done for those who have already made the use of these substances a habit. But keep going! Everyday get a little bit better than you were yesterday!
