Warhammer: Chaosbane - Azyre Phantom 3.0 Mage Build [Chaos 9 & C10] (Elontir)

This build is viable for Chaos 9 and with good gear even Chaos 10 (only worth doing c10 if you need exp). The main 'ingredients' are the Dragontamer set that gives us the Heroic Arcane Binding passive and the Blade of Azyre that gives us the Heroic Phantom Blade skill - our main DPS source.
The blessings used are:
* for the Arcane Secrets version the combos for flat DMG + HP and I prefer 5 items of 4 red + 2 green and 5 of 3 red + 3 green but feel free to find your own preferred balance between hp & dmg by changing things up.
* for the Counter-Spell version the green-blue-green linked on both sides combo for up to 8k hp and up to 2,5k counter- attk dmg. I suggest only blessing 4 items with counter-attack the rest can be flat DMG + HP.The passives I picked fit my playstyle but you may wanna swap some things around. Some of the actives can also be modified to suit your playstyle such as picking whatever you like instead of the fire breath AoE skill. NOTE: The Counter-Spell version of the build requires owning the God Skills DLC or the Season Pass, the Arcane Secrets version does not.
