Visiting Singapore 50 years ago

This was taken from an old 16mm film. On the cannister it said 'Singapour' so I surmise it is of Singapore, although I do not recognize the scenes. I improvised a soundtrack. I hope you like it. May be a well-informed viewer may tell us more.
