Once, a shoes company sent two of its sales managers to a city for marketing. Both went there and they understood the interest of the people there. And as soon as they came back, they kept their words in front of the company. After which the first manager of the company was fired from the job. But the same second manager was promoted. But why so? This is because, earlier the manager believed, that our company cannot sell shoes in that city, because no one wears shoes there. Rather, the second manager believed that "nobody wears shoes there, so 'that city can become a good market for us.' And this postivity led to the promotion of another sales manager."
एक बार, एक shoes कंपनी ने अपने दो sales manager को marketing के लिये, एक शहर भेजा। दोनों वहाँ गए और उन्होंने वहां लोगों के interest को समझा।और जैसे ही वो वापस आये, तो उन्होंने कंपनी के सामने अपनी अपनी बातें रखी। जिसके बाद कंपनी ने पहले manager को नौकरी से निकाल दिया गया😳। लेकिन वही दूसरे manager का Promotion कर दिया। पर ऐसा क्यों? ऐसा इसलिए, क्योंकि पहले manager का मानना था, कि हमारी कंपनी उस शहर में जूते नही बेच सकती, क्योंकि वहाँ कोई भी जूते ही नही पहनता। बल्कि दूसरे manager का मानना था, कि "वहां कोई भी शख्स जूता नही पहनता, इसलिए 'वो शहर हमारे लिए एक अच्छा market बन सकता है।और इसी postivity ने दूसरे sales manager का promotion करवा दिया।
