The complicated and colorful Wakmann Regatta wristwatch

Today we have Benson's wristwatch on the bench, a fabulous and very colorful Wakmann Regatta from the early 1970s with the very complicated Lemania 1341 movement inside it. This spectacular wristwatch doesn't run too well and the chronograph does not reset properly, is it just a lack of servicing or bigger issues? Is a restoration needed?
