Fitness MYTHBUSTERS with Adam Badger

We thought it would be fun to bust a few myths with a fellow coach about what people may "think" it takes to be fit and healthy in order to break down the barrier to entry and show that it really is something we all can do.

Do Fit & Healthy people eat carbs? Do they obsess about working out constantly or doing cardio? Do they meal prep all Sunday long? Do they hate food? Do they struggle with self confidence or self image or getting into the gym to do a workout?

We met Adam at a conference in Seattle and hit it off with him immediately due to our similar coaching philosophies (and sense of humor).
