FULL DAY OF EATING ONLY POWER 13 COOKBOOK RECIPES at Maintenance Calories 6 Meals Reviewed
Today we have a Full Day of Eating from the Power 13 Cookbook and I will review and rate every meal I have I have and I make 6 recipes from 6 different athletes. I make NuttyFoodieFitness Nutty Carrot Cake Muffins, Jonni Shreve’s Cheesy Omelette Grilled Cheese Sandwich, Will Tennysons Spinach Artichoke Dip, Iron Musket’s Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Ice Cream, E4CMs Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich, and Simon Millers Fish N Chips.
