How to Test a Worldview – How to Know What is Real

In this brief excerpt from the course, Creation, Science and Faith, Dr. Barber discusses how to test worldviews you encounter every day, and/or how to test one's own worldview(s).

We can only know what is real and true if we are believing and understanding the Christian Bible, and testing every thought, idea, and assertion by the plain words of our Creator God, who made all things.

As Christians, one of our core tasks given us by our Head, our LORD Jesus Christ, is to stand firmly on God's Word, the Christian Bible, as the one ultimate, entirely accurate worldview.

Jason Lisle has distilled from Scripture the basis for God's view of the world, which is the only accurate worldview, into his A.I.P. test for worldviews. (For more, see Lisle's book, The Ultimate Proof of Creation.)

We must never let ourselves be deceived into abandoning the only firm ground, which is the Christian Bible, the ground of absolute truth and reality.
