Morag show how she designs her garden to be resilient in extremes. The dry season went on much longer than usual and the on the first day of summer, a supercell storm hit - crushing winds and a series of devastating hailstorms.

Morag explores what are the most resilient and robust edible plants in her garden that can provide food reliably despite such challenges.

Morag's strategy is to make sure these plants form the backbone of her garden and then interplants with the more delicate plants. That way she's sure to always have something in the garden to eat.
