I created this summarization of the Art Gallery Theorem as presented in the textbook "The Heart of Mathematics" for a course in Math Reasoning that I'm teaching. It's also serving as a project for a course I'm taking in Instructional Technology.

This isn't meant to be a detailed proof, but rather an introduction to the concepts and strategy underlying the argument.
