Cheryl Rogers-Barnett interview 2003

Cheryl Rogers-Barnett discusser her autobiography, “Cowboy Princess.” She begins by explaining that she is the daughter of television stars Roy Rogers and Dale Evans. She was adopted from Roy’s first marriage but grew up in the household with her step mom Dale and 9 other adopted children. She describes what it was like growing up with famous parents in the San Fernando Valley of California. Rogers-Barnett discusses the support and encouragement she got from Dale, and that she would let all her children star in television commercials with her. She talks about the Roy Rogers museum in Branson, Missouri. She ends the interview by talking about how her parents’ television shows are not in syndication.
