Under her guidance, LabourNet has grown to become one of the leading “livelihood enablement enterprises” in India and has enabled more than 1 million livelihoods since its inception. It focuses on increasing the income of the informal sector through interventions related to Education, Employment, and Entrepreneurship.
She has been awarded the “Forbes India Entrepreneur with Social Impact Award 2018”, chosen among “50 Most Powerful Women in Business in 2017”, by the Business Today Magazine and “Entrepreneur of the year 2015”, by the Entrepreneur India Magazine.
